Specialist (f/m/d) for approval management & construction law

Role Summary

Are you interested in a job with real impact? You ensure that new myflexbox locations can not only be planned, but also approved. To do this, you will check the building regulations, coordinate with authorities and accompany the approval process from the first inquiry to successful implementation.

This could be your part in the mission

• Checking building regulations at possible new myflexbox locations
• Researching local building regulations, zoning, development plans and other site-related requirements
• Coordination of the planned locations with municipalities, building authorities and other responsible bodies
• Preparing, creating and submitting preliminary inquiries and permit applications for the construction of our locations
• Tracking and processing inquiries from authorities regarding applications
• Developing and coordinating solutions to official queries, requirements or approval hurdles
• Proactively contributing ideas for the continuous development of our systems and automation

Requirements

What we want from you

• Experience in dealing with building authorities, municipalities or approval processes
• Enjoy understanding complex regulatory requirements and developing workable solutions
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills in exchanges with authorities and internal stakeholders
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly recognize connections
• Confident use of MS Excel
• Very good knowledge of German (at least C1)

Nice to have

• Ideally, practical knowledge of public building law
• First experience in using MS Dynamics

• We value your experience and competence and are guided by market salaries. The collective minimum salary for this position is €2,738.10 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and experience, significant overpayment is possible.
