Role Summary
Technically coordinate the definition of the scope of the major repair
of the assigned floor(s).
Review planning status.
Review maintenance plans
Advise on critical issues.
Carry out detailed planning of each of the activities according to their field of action.
Resource management planning
Estimate the MPP Budget for the major repair of the plant(s)
assigned.
Identify the Work Procedures required for the execution of the major repair and coordinate its preparation.
Identification of equipment or sections of equipment.
Identification of resources and the work group (crews, fronts of
work, contractors, etc.) where they will be assigned.
Definition of work schedules and calendars by work group.
Requirements
Academic Training
- Graduated engineer in the specialty of Mechanics or Electrical or Industrial Mechanics or Mechatronics or Chemistry or Electronics or Energy or Fluid Mechanics or Civil or Engineering related to maintenance management.
- For engineers with a degree obtained nationally: Current qualification.
- For engineers with a degree obtained abroad: current qualification from the country of origin for the respective exercise. Before the start of the service, they must present their temporary qualification at the College of Engineers of Peru.
Minimum Experience
- Accredited experience of at least 10 years in planning and/or execution of major repair projects for facilities in the hydrocarbon industry such as Oil Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Natural Gas Fractionation and Liquefaction Plants.
- Planner in a minimum of 4 projects of planning, programming and estimation of material resources and equipment for the major repair of Catalytic Cracking, Flexicoking or Hydrotreatment Units licensed by Exxon Mobil, UOP or Haldor Topsoe.
