Role Summary
Prepare, carry out and monitor safety, health and environmental plans according to the needs of the company. Any deviation and/or non-compliance must be managed for improvement or correction through the operational line of command.
Prepare monthly reports disclosing security performance through indicators.
Develop security programs and monitor compliance.
Promote a safety culture at all levels of the company, which aims to raise staff awareness through training in hazard identification and risk assessment.
Prepare and analyze the Hazard Identification and Risk Evaluation (IPERC) matrices to determine the necessary controls within the activities that the company develops.
Review and development of security procedures which are applied within the development of the activities that the company executes.
Actively participate in the preparation of accident and incident investigation reports to determine the basic causes, immediate causes and the formulation of corrective measures to avoid the recurrence of unwanted events.
Prepare and keep updated the emergency and contingency plans developed for the execution of the company's activities, as well as the risk maps of the areas of influence of the services as a company.
Comply with the provisions of current Peruvian legislation regarding Security.
Report any new developments you detect in the field (DDV, camps, warehouses, stockpiles).
Contractor management: Follow up, manage the contractor, manage the preform.
Requirements
Security Engineer or related careers
Current professional skill certificate
- 05 years of proven experience in construction and/or maintenance of Mechanical Works and/or gas or oil pipelines, Oil & Gas.
- Office automation: Office management (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project) at the user level
- Peruvian Security Legislation.
- Emergency responses.
- Safety Management Systems, Accident Investigation.
- ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 regulations.
