Role Summary

We are recruiting a Software Development Project Manager / Batch Manager, under the responsibility of the CSoIP Software Development Manager, you will ensure the technical coordination of all phases of IT development and software validation of CsoIP products.

Development planning and management

Defining the scope, planning and management of product releases, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met and procedures followed.

  • Implementation of action plans
  • Document management and tracking
  • Management of the software development/validation team
  • Managing product code quality and compliance with industry standards

Communication with the various stakeholders: projects, system validation teams and other company teams, as well as reporting production indicators / software validation to stakeholders

Requirements

  • With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, you have a minimum of 5 years' experience in software development and complex systems engineering (with a focus on software).
  • You have significant experience in team management and you master the reporting of your activity (progress, metrics, alerts, etc.). Knowledge of communications and air traffic control systems would be a plus.
  • Do you have an appetite for teamwork and you know how to communicate easily? Do you know how to make decisions and do you have a good analytical mind? Then you are the gem we are looking for!
