Role Summary

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality with technical understanding and strong customer orientation at our location in Buttikon (SZ). In this role, you will visit our service customers in the hydraulics area and carry out field service operations.

Your main tasks include, among others

• Field service assignments for customers in Germany, travel share approx. 70%
• Analysis and repair of hydraulic systems
• Execution of retrofit projects
• Coordination of customer projects together with the technical internal service
• Service of customer systems regarding hydraulics
• Advice on optimizing or maintaining hydraulics
• Support of activities in the repair area (repair and testing of hydraulic components)
• Revision of aggregates and control blocks

Requirements

• Training: Completed vocational training as an agricultural machinery/construction machinery/polymechanic or related training
• Personality and way of working: independence and initiative, high mobility and flexibility, analytical approach, confident dealing with customers, desire for field service
• Experience and know-how: Sound knowledge of hydraulics as well as knowledge of electrical drive and control technology is an advantage
• Languages: German, English an advantage
