Role Summary

As a service technician, you ensure that our products function properly through tests and repairs directly in our in-house workshop.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks essentially include

• The careful testing of hydraulic units, assemblies and individual parts to ensure their quality and functionality.
• You carry out repairs and service work independently and ensure that our products always meet the highest standards.
• You will be responsible for professional assembly work on hydraulically operated machines and systems both in the office and in the field.
• If necessary, you will support our customers directly on site with assembly work in German-speaking Switzerland.
• Through your technical expertise and proximity to customers, you will identify sales opportunities and actively contribute to “blue-collar sales” by advising customers on suitable solutions and products.
• With your approachable personality and technical expertise, you support young people in training to become EFZ production mechanics.
