Role Summary

• Carrying out after-sales technical support activities in accordance with company quality standards,
• Going to the field to diagnose malfunctions and perform the necessary interventions,
• Performing assembly, supervision, programming, testing and commissioning works of short-term projects,
• Developing relationships with customers and increasing customer satisfaction by establishing effective communication with them,
• Reporting the work carried out in accordance with company procedures,

Compliance with occupational health and safety rules.

Requirements

• Graduated from Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Automation, Computer or related departments of Vocational High Schools and Vocational Schools,
• Residing or able to reside on the European side of Istanbul, preferably in or near Beşiktaş, Kağıthane, Beyoğlu, Eyüpsultan, Fatih, Şişli, Sarıyer districts,
• Experienced in fire & security systems installation and service,
• Knowledgeable about weak current and network systems,
• Result and customer focused,
• team player,
• Able to use resources effectively and efficiently,
• Improved communication and problem solving skills,
• Open to learning new technologies and improving oneself,
• Fluent in English to read technical documents, proficient in MS Office programs,
• No travel restrictions,
• Having a class B driver's license and being able to actively drive,

Completed military service (for male candidates).
