The Service Sales Agreement Specialist acts as Tender Leader for strategic opportunities, driving the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical and commercial bids while supporting business development activities and long-term customer growth.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Frame Agreements (FAs), and HMax Energy strategy execution: support the LSU Sales Manager and the Sales team in implementing the sales strategy for SLAs and FAs, promoting alignment with suppliers and managing customer relationships at multiple levels to maximize order intake and business growth.

  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end preparation of technical and commercial tenders as Tender Responsible. Develop competitive proposals by coordinating internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Finance, and Legal functions, ensuring alignment on scope, technical solution, delivery model, risk profile, and pricing strategy. Interface with external suppliers and internal departments to identify and deliver the most effective technical-commercial solution for the customer. Contribute to technical, commercial, contractual, and execution risk assessments, ensuring profitable and compliant business opportunities. Maintain accurate opportunity and tender information within relevant customer and business systems. Ensure technical reliability, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions while complying with all health and safety requirements.
  • Generate service sales leads and identify new market opportunities by leveraging market intelligence, understanding customer needs, and exploring new service portfolios and business models. Consistently utilize Salesforce as the primary CRM platform to guide sales activities, manage customer relationships, develop opportunities, maintain pipeline visibility, support forecasting accuracy, and ensure effective execution of the Service sales strategy.
