Responsibilities

• Technical support & system operations
• Ensuring the stable operation of the VR therapy systems
• Technical guidance in tech support and processing complex support cases
• Prioritize technical issues based on urgency and impact
• Accompanying escalations and system replacements - if necessary also on site at the customer's site
• Technical case processing & product analysis
• Systematic analysis and reproduction of complex error patterns in controlled test environments
• Evaluation of relevant logs and diagnostic data
• Development of sustainable technical solution paths
• Structured and developable preparation of the results in Jira
• Hardware testing & component validation
• Technical selection, testing and validation of new hardware and system components
• Development of standardized test procedures for compatibility, performance and long-term suitability
• Supporting the introduction of new components together with purchasing, product development, production and QM
• Technical interface & improvement management
• Coordination of technical topics between customer support, product development, production and external partners
• Derivation of technical improvement measures from tests, complaints and field experiences
• Transferring technical findings into product and process improvements
• Technical standards & knowledge management
• Development and maintenance of technical standards, knowledge databases and troubleshooting guides
• Creation and further development of test protocols
• Structured transfer of technical knowledge to strengthen knowledge development in the team

Requirements

• You have successfully completed training or studies in the field of computer science, information technology, electrical engineering, medical technology or a comparable technical qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in technical support, technical service, testing, quality assurance or a comparable environment.
• You are just as experienced in structured error analysis and debugging of complex hardware and software systems as you are in dealing with logs, diagnostic data and ticket systems such as Jira.
• Taking on professional responsibility, prioritizing technical topics and supporting colleagues with complex issues are among your strengths.
• Knowledge of Android-based devices, network technology or XR/VR systems is an advantage.
• You are characterized by an analytical, structured and independent way of working as well as secure communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You are prepared for occasional business trips within Germany and have very good knowledge of German (min. C1) and good knowledge of English (C2)
