(Senior) System Administrator - Focus on VoIP / Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Role Summary

TL;DR - We develop AI-powered healthcare professionals for tomorrow. Our AI receptionist Luna is already automating patient communication in medical practices. As the market leader in orthodontics and with a large round of financing behind us, we are now scaling into other medical areas - and you ensure that every new practice gets off to a successful start right from the start. As a system administrator with a focus on VoIP / infrastructure, you will set up the technical connection of Luna to our customers' telephone system and practice system and ensure that everything runs stably from the start.

Responsibilities

In one sentence: You will technically integrate Luna into the infrastructure of every new medical practice and ensure that our AI receptionist works smoothly from day one.

• You analyze the existing telephone infrastructure and the practice management system of each practice and plan the technical connection to Luna
• You configure call diversions, SIP trunks and interfaces to common practice systems (e.g. Ivoris and charly by solutio)
• You accompany practices through the entire technical rollout - from the initial analysis to successful commissioning and beyond
• You manage several projects in parallel and prioritize according to urgency and effort
• You are the first technical contact for practice teams and communicate clearly and in a solution-oriented manner, even with non-technical contacts
• You document integration steps, practical configurations and technical features in a structured manner in our system
• You work closely with our Forward Deployed Engineers and get targeted support if necessary
• Depending on your interests, you can develop into a specialist in telephony and network technology, focus on connecting new practice management systems or take the next step towards forward deployed engineering

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration, studied computer science or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
• At least 2 years of experience as a system administrator with a focus on VoIP/telephony. You have not only configured SIP trunks, number forwarding and telephone systems, but also understood them deeply
• Experienced, in-depth knowledge of common telephone systems (e.g. AGFEO, FritzBox, Auerswald, 3CX or comparable) - you know their peculiarities, quirks and typical sources of error
• Very confident in using the command line (Linux and Windows) and experience in administering servers
• Clear, patient and empathetic communication - you explain technical issues in an understandable way, even to non-technical customers
• Tinkerer mentality: You love solving technical challenges, finding pragmatic solutions and not giving up until everything runs smoothly
• Very good organizational skills: You juggle several parallel onboardings at the same time and always keep track of things
• Perseverance and a solution-oriented attitude, even when integrations become complex or setbacks arise
• German at native language level
