(Senior) Social Media & Video Editor (m/w/d)

Then we are looking for you as a Senior Social Media & Video Editor (m/f/d) for our adfriends team!

Responsibilities

• You develop social media formats and editorial concepts based on brand strategy, target groups and platform logic and take over editorial planning including posting
• You advise our customers on the strategic development of their social accounts and contribute your own ideas and impulses
• You will be responsible for community management and publishing of selected accounts and will continuously develop our editorial guidelines and content guidelines
• You prepare editorial shoots, are responsible for editorial work on location, conduct interviews and recognize on set which stories, scenes and assets work for social
• You will handle the editorial editing in Adobe Premiere, develop platform-friendly social assets from raw material and coordinate external and internal editors in post-production
• You write captions, hooks and social copy for organic content as well as texts and headlines for campaigns and other communication formats

Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in the areas of social media, editing, content or video - ideally on the agency or production side
• You think strategically and editorially, but you can just as easily go into the tool yourself and implement content
• You have a very good feel for social trends, platform logic and relevant formats
• Your knowledge of Adobe Premiere is very good - other Adobe programs are a plus
• You have experience in editorial film preparation and film support
• You have a good feel for language, storytelling and different brand tonalities
• You are characterized by consulting skills: you can confidently present yourself to customers, advise them and argue your recommendations
• You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner and keep track of multiple customers and productions
• Very good knowledge of German and English rounds off your profile
