Responsibilities

Creation of high-quality advertising material in compliance with the CI in print and online areas (including social media)
Strategic further development of our CI and implementation of innovative design concepts
Creation and optimization of communication templates for internal and external purposes
Maintain and continually improve our company website and app
Professional product and people photography to support our marketing activities
Active support in recruiting marketing, including the development of targeted campaigns
Creation of graphics and other visual and editorial content for internal and external platforms

Requirements

Completed training as a media designer for digital/print media or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in creating visual and editorial content for marketing and advertising campaigns in print and online
Experience in writing texts that arouse emotions, inform and inspire
Independent, conscientious and structured way of working
Experience in conducting recruiting campaigns is desirable
In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
