Senior Project Manager - Public Sector - Rouen

Role Summary

Our Public Services vertical in Rouen is looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage large-scale projects and support the transformation of our institutional clients.

Your future work environment

As a strategic partner of major players in the public sector, integrated into a team on a human scale, agile, committed and dedicated to the modernization of public services, you collaborate with business and technical experts to shape the solutions of tomorrow (Java, Big Data, mobility, artificial intelligence, etc.).

Your main missions

Management of strategic projects for our public sector clients in commitment to results (traditional or agile cycle).

Definition of the project solution: issues, strategy, risk management, planning, staffing, deliverables, resources, etc.

Autonomous supervision of the good progress of projects by ensuring compliance with commitments (cost, deadlines, quality) and customer satisfaction.

Operational management of teams (direct or cross-functional), coordination of steering committees.

Customer relationship management, participation in pre-sales and loyalty.

Support and skills development for project teams, HR monitoring, coaching of project managers.

Economic monitoring of projects, quality reporting and visibility with management.

Participation in the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, standards and methods.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Master 2 (Engineering or University School) or equivalent, you have at least 8 years of experience in the management of complex projects, with a commitment to results in the public sector or similar environments.
• You master the management of high-stakes projects, customer relationship management, teaching and operational team management.
• You have a perspective allowing you to understand the strategic issues of public projects. Business and results oriented, you have the ability to unite teams towards a common objective as well as excellent interpersonal skills with a sense of commitment, rigor and leadership.
