Role Summary

Lead and guide and/or develop electrical study projects of greater complexity and with medium and long-term impact, in your area/discipline of Electrical Engineering, through the definition of those involved, scope, schedule and monitoring of the same, guiding the detailing of electrical study designs/projects, the elaboration of execution plans, methods and processes to be followed, as well as monitoring and guaranteeing the development of electrical studies, installation, testing and commissioning within the agreed deadlines and meeting the established costs, quality and safety requirements.

How you will make an impact

• Develop and implement electrical study projects, through technical and financial feasibility assessment, analyzing investments, defining the appropriate methodology for the scope of the electrical study project, creating the schedule and work plans.
• Evaluate, select and apply techniques and procedures in your specialty for the development of electrical engineering study projects, including calculations and optimization of project costs, through the preparation of execution plans, methods and processes to be followed, preparing the necessary reports, guiding the detailing of electrical studies.
• Implement electrical study projects in your area of activity, through the application of techniques and methodologies pre-established in the scope and schedule, as well as data analysis, reports and indicators.
• Monitor the development of electrical studies, installation, testing and commissioning projects, by providing the necessary information and support to ensure compliance with the required quality and productivity standards.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on the technical and economic feasibility of electrical study projects through the consolidation and final analysis of the results of studies carried out by the team.
• Monitor quality and efficiency of services provided by third parties, as well as pre-qualifying suppliers based on the history of previous projects and market references.
• Manage project costs, according to company guidelines, by preparing and reviewing budgets and monitoring results during the implementation phase.
• Contribute to the development of proposals and presentation of electrical study projects, verifying appropriate engineering programs, specifications, human and material resource needs, costs and feasibility analyses.
• Provide support in contract management, involving the issuance of claims - new, changes in the scope of work, impact on costs and time, risk analyzes among others, providing quality solutions according to the client's requirements and in accordance with the defined budget, also ensuring adherence to security standards and mitigation of potential risks.
• Assess risks and opportunities and ensure the implementation of resulting actions to ensure compliance with contracts, costs, quality and delivery times to improve processes and results.
• Interact with customers, participating in meetings, providing technical information, presenting the engineering details of electrical study projects, implementation support and others necessary for their satisfaction.

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• Have completed higher education in Electrical, Mechanical, Electrotechnical Engineering, etc.
• Have Active CREA.
• Have experience in the area as a Calculator.
• Desirable experience in developing proposals, project management and sales.
• Knowledge of business models, solution sales principles and sales processes.
• Possess Intermediate English (Desirable)
