Senior PCBA Process Engineer at Schneider Electric in Shanghai, China.
Role Summary

Responsibilities
- Output professional and valuable manufacturability analysis DFM solutions to the R&D team to optimize product manufacturability quality and cost
- Develop PCBA production process technical specifications and verification plans
- Promote the failure mode and impact analysis of various quality deliverables during the implementation process, PFMEA process control plan process and equipment verification work
- Coordinate and manage supplier-side PCB/PCBA sample proofing projects
- Lead the work related to PCBA/PCB process transfer to Schneider factory
- Support various work of global supply chain GSC localization project
- Provide relevant professional training to factory employees
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering
- Good English skills
- Excellent professional quality and work attitude
- Highlight comprehensive abilities, leadership, communication and reporting, logical thinking, overall thinking, technology and business judgment, self-awareness, result-oriented problem analysis, work initiative
- Positive and enthusiastic at work
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in PCBA industry
- Have experience in PCB/PCBA production and be proficient in using various DFM analysis tools
- Able to interpret quality data, familiar with PCBA production key performance indicators KPI, holding Six Sigma Green Belt certificate is preferred
- Familiar with electronic components and master various process constraints in the PCBA production process
- In-depth understanding of PCBA production process and related quality standards IPC-A-610UL standard
- Understand the PCB production process and related quality standards IPC-A-600UL standard
