Role Summary
Process Engineer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for process support, process verification and optimization and promotion of process problems in the design and development phase of PACK project
- Responsible for preparing product process documents (PFMEA, process flow chart, control plan, WI, etc.), proficient in PACK production process and key process control points
- Provided technical support for production, formulated standard operation instructions for each process, and solved technical problems in the production process
- In-depth technical exchanges on the production site, providing guidance for key parts and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, major in mechatronics, electronics, electrical, process design
- At least 2 years working experience in PACK assembly or lithium battery industry
- Good at analyzing and solving problems, have good communication and coordination skills
- Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system
- Proficient in Office, AUTOCAD and other software
- Have a certain ability to work under pressure, have a strong sense of team spirit and cooperation
