Senior Java Softwareentwickler:in (w/m/d) – Backend & Microservices

Role Summary

As a Java developer, you design our customers' software development projects from the technical conception to the successful implementation. You will contribute your technical know-how in modern Java architectures and frameworks and work closely with project managers, business analysts and other developers.

• Independent advice, design and implementation of our customers' IT projects
• Technical implementation of technical requirements in classic and agile development teams
• Development of modern client server applications with web frontend and Java backend for our customers
• Collaborative partnership & open communication with our customers & stakeholders
• This is what you bring with you
• At least 5 years of experience in developing Java enterprise applications using Spring, Spring Boot
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge with other colleagues and, if necessary, training new developers
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL or Oracle DB
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs

Confident use of modern development tools such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube etc.

You enjoy agile development methods such as TDD, CleanCode, Continuous Integration, test automation

Interested in DevOps and cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform etc.
