Senior Business Consultant - Banks and Insurance (f/m/d)

Role Summary

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will support our customers in the successful implementation of demanding software development projects in the banking and insurance environment. You combine technical expertise with methodological know-how, coordinate different stakeholders and develop sustainable solutions for complex challenges together with our customers. As a central interface between the department and IT, you analyze and specify requirements, support their technical implementation and specifically bring your industry knowledge into the projects.

• Your challenges
• Independent advice, management and implementation of demanding projects in the banking and insurance sector for our customers
• Independent recording, analysis and conception of requirements, including regular coordination with project teams and relevant stakeholders
• Implementation of legal and regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance within projects
• Establishing and maintaining a collaborative partnership as well as open and transparent communication with our customers
• This is what you bring with you
• At least 5 years of consulting experience in classic & agile IT projects in the banking or insurance industry
• Sound methodical and conceptual knowledge and experience in project management and business analysis
• An independent and structured way of working as well as the ability to communicate empathetically
• Fluent knowledge of German (at least C1)
