Senior IT-Consultant & Business Analyst (w/m/d)

Role Summary

As an IT consultant or business analyst, you form the bridge between the department and IT. You analyze processes, develop requirements together with our customers and accompany their implementation from the initial idea to successful technical implementation.

• You advise, design and independently manage classic & agile IT projects for our customers - from the initial idea to successful implementation
• Recording, analyzing and managing requirements are among your core tasks, as is coordination with departments and development
• You actively support the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes
• You maintain a collaborative partnership and open communication with our customers

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the conception, implementation and management of IT projects, ideally in the banking and insurance sectors
• Methodical experience in project management or business analysis
• Knowledge of software development, programming and databases
• An independent and structured way of working as well as the ability to communicate empathetically
• Fluent knowledge of German (at least C1)
