Role Summary
Responsible for the structural design of outdoor models of high-power modular inverters with medium voltages above 10kV. Responsible for the cabinet structure, busbar layout, heat dissipation system and insulation structure design.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the structural design of the power cabinet, including the cabinet door panel support structure, installation structure, etc.
- Responsible for the integrated layout design of power unit busbars and auxiliary components
- Responsible for air cooling system design and air duct optimization
- Responsible for insulation distance analysis and structural insulation design
- Responsible for the generation of engineering drawings, BOM preparation and preparation of related technical documents
- Responsible for prototype trial production assembly support and test problem rectification
- Participate in product cost optimization, standardized design and platform construction
- Cooperate with the industrialization team to complete manufacturing process optimization and product introduction

- Educational requirements: Bachelor degree or above
- Major requirements: mechanical design, mechanical electronics and other related majors
Skills & Soft Requirements
- Proficient in using Creo 3D design software
- Familiar with the cabinet design of power electronic products and the properties and selection of materials such as busbar insulation parts and sheet metal.
- Familiar with the painting and anti-corrosion process of outdoor models
- Familiar with the insulation design specifications for products with medium voltage (10KV) or above
- Ability to read and write English documents proficiently and conduct simple meeting communications through technical and professional English
- More than 5 years of experience in power electronic product cabinet design and more than 3 years of master's degree
- Applicants with experience in the development of high-power power electronic products above 10kV, such as high-voltage inverters and high-voltage SVGs, will be given priority
- Applicants with experience in outdoor prefabricated cabin design will be given priority
- Express logically and have structured thinking
- Able to communicate smoothly with other positions within the team and have good teamwork skills
