Role Summary
Responsible for the structural design of outdoor prefab/E-house modular inverters with medium voltages above 10kV and high power. Responsible for the overall scheme design of the prefab cabin, thermal management design, structural strength design, etc. to ensure that the product meets the requirements of reliability, safety, manufacturability and maintainability.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall structural design of the outdoor prefabricated cabin, including cabin layout, protective structure, transportation and hoisting structure, equipment installation structure and maintenance access planning
- Complete the design of the air-cooled heat dissipation system according to the product power level, environmental conditions and project requirements, including air duct planning, HVAC equipment selection and thermal design calculations
- Responsible for the strength check of the prefabricated cabin structure, carrying out load analysis, hoisting analysis, transportation condition analysis and finite element simulation analysis
- Responsible for outdoor product protection design including IP protection, anti-corrosion, anti-condensation, anti-salt spray, anti-sand and other environmental adaptability design
- Complete the three-dimensional model establishment, engineering drawing output, BOM preparation and technical document preparation
- Responsible for prototype manufacturing, assembly, guidance, test problem rectification and engineering optimization
- Participate in the construction of product cost optimization standardization platform and modular design work
- Communicate technically with the supplier's manufacturing department and project team to ensure the smooth implementation of the design plan
Skills & Soft Requirements
- Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design, mechanical electronics and other related majors. Proficient in using Creo 3D design software.
- Proficient in using thermal simulation software such as Icepak/AEDT
- Familiar with HVAC system selection, heat load calculation and air duct design
- Familiar with the insulation design specifications for products with medium voltage (10KV) or above
- Familiar with the structural design and standard specifications of medium voltage (10VK) outdoor prefabricated cabins
- Familiar with the anti-corrosion protection level IP environmental adaptability design of outdoor equipment
- Ability to read and write English documents proficiently and conduct simple meeting communications through technical and professional English
- Engaged in the development of high-voltage and high-power power electronic products for more than 8 years and a master's degree for more than 5 years
- Applicants with experience in the development of outdoor models of high-power power electronic products above 10kV such as SST high-voltage inverter, high-voltage SVG flexible DC, etc. will be given priority
- Applicants with experience in designing large-scale outdoor prefabricated cabin products will be given priority
- Applicants with experience in air-cooling and heat dissipation design will be given priority
- Express logically and have structured thinking
- Able to communicate smoothly with other positions within the team and have good teamwork skills
