Role Summary

Work content

  1. Lead the overall work of embedded firmware testing of three-phase power equipment, coordinate the testing of the whole process system, output testing strategic planning and professional technical guidance to ensure stable and reliable operation of the firmware and meet product performance indicators and delivery standards.
  2. In-depth participation in product requirements review, requirements disassembly and risk assessment, linkage firmware development, hardware product cross-functional team alignment, testing requirements, identification of potential quality risks, ensuring firmware design meets product goals and customer needs.
  3. Independently formulate and implement firmware testing strategies that adapt to product development. Test methods and testing specifications. Coordinate and write test plans. Test plans. Complete set of test cases and data analysis review summary reports to ensure full test coverage and compliance.
  4. Dominate firmware function logic control strategy, test and execute various anomalies and boundary scenarios, accurately locate software and hardware defects, track problems throughout the process, rectify regression verification, promote problem closure, and continuously control product quality.
  5. Take the lead in test process optimization and test automation construction. Lead the iterative innovation of test tools and test frameworks. Analyze test data and index extraction. Optimize solutions to improve test efficiency and shorten product launch cycle.
  6. Responsible for coordinating and arranging the team's testing work, guiding and training junior test engineers, building a continuous learning system for the team, and participating in high-level technical communication on behalf of the testing team to efficiently connect internal and external Chinese and English technical affairs.

7Continue to follow up on embedded firmware testing of new technologies and industry trends in the power industrial control industry, and iteratively optimize the test system and technical solutions to adapt to the iterative upgrades of the Internet of Things and power equipment technology.

Requirements

1 bachelor degree or above in computer electrical engineering, software engineering and other related majors 10 years or more of embedded firmware testing experience, including 3 or more years of experience in senior/team management/chief technical positions Complete team leadership experience in complex projects from R&D to mass production

  1. Proficient in embedded firmware testing principles and testing methodologies. Proficient in the full life cycle of firmware development. Familiar with mainstream R&D processes such as agile waterfall. Possess complete test system construction and implementation capabilities.
  2. Be proficient in test automation framework scripting languages and mainstream test management tools and have the ability to independently build and optimize automated testing systems.
  3. Have fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Can independently complete English technical documents, read and write English technical documents, communicate across teams in English, and can output professional technical reports clearly and efficiently.
  4. Possess excellent logical analysis, problem analysis and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Good at reviewing test problems and refining technical risks to formulate systematic optimization plans.
  5. Applicants who are familiar with industry standards related to power industrial control will be given priority. Applicants with experience in building, debugging and practical operation of simulation test platforms for embedded control products will be given priority.
  6. Candidates who have mastered basic hardware principles and have the ability to link software and hardware to troubleshoot and combine hardware working conditions to assist in locating firmware problems will be given priority.
  7. Possess excellent overall management team empowerment and cross-department collaboration capabilities. Rigorous and responsible work, clear strategic thinking, and can independently coordinate the testing and delivery of complex projects.
