Requirements

Several years of successful professional experience in a management consultancy with a focus on transformation, organizational development, process management or change

• Proven experience in managing demanding client mandates
• A resilient network and established customer relationships with decision-makers in companies
• Experience in developing consulting assignments and expanding customer relationships
• The ability to recognize new business opportunities and to transform them into successful projects together with customers
• Confident handling of complex change projects and different organizational contexts
• Enjoy taking responsibility for customers, projects and business development
• Independent thinking, courage to constructively contradict and the ability to professionally introduce different perspectives

Willingness to travel to work on site with our customers. Workshops and organizational analyzes take place regularly directly in the organizations and, in addition to the actual implementation, also require careful preparation and follow-up.
