processline supports companies, public organizations and medium-sized companies in organizational development, process management and change projects. We combine analytical work with pragmatic implementation and take responsibility for ensuring that good ideas produce concrete results.

For our further growth, we are looking for a consultant (f/m/d) who wants to understand organizations, enjoys working with customers and enjoys making complex relationships transparent and effectively accompanying changes.

Responsibilities

You work together with experienced colleagues on customer projects relating to organizational development, processes and change projects.

You will take on the following tasks, among others

  • You analyze processes, structures and organizational relationships at our customers.
  • You support organizational analyzes through interviews, document analyzes and structured evaluations.
  • You prepare workshops and customer appointments and support their implementation.
  • You document results in a comprehensible manner and ensure that agreements, measures and decisions are recorded transparently.
  • Together with colleagues and customers, you develop suggestions for the further development of organizations and processes.
  • You support the planning and implementation of organizational changes.
  • You prepare presentations, concepts and basis for decision-making.
  • You use AI-supported tools to research, analyze and structure information. The professional assessment and adjustment of the results is carried out by you.
  • As your experience grows, you will gradually take on more responsibility in projects, workshops and customer contacts.

  • Workshops at customer sites, often lasting a full working day
  • Preparation and follow-up of workshops and customer appointments
  • Organizational analyzes directly with the customer
  • Travel within Germany
  • Analytical work, concept development and documentation
  • Regular collaboration with customers, project teams and managers

Requirements

  • You should bring that with you
  • A completed degree or comparable qualification
  • First or several years of professional experience in organizational development, process management, project management, transformation or consulting
  • Interest in organizational, economic and interpersonal issues
  • The ability to quickly capture, structure and understand information
  • A careful, independent and reliable way of working
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers
  • Willingness to travel for project-related purposes
