Role Summary

Your future work environment

Attached to Sopra Steria Next, you will join the People Experience & Change division as an Agile consultant / Scrum Master to support the digital and agile transformation of organizations. The center brings together expertise from today and tomorrow that is as cutting-edge as it is comprehensive (Constumer & value, HR Change & Transformation, Agile Coach, Organization Transformation). It has a real customer impact with an end-to-end approach, delivering value for the Business Units.

• Your role and missions
• As a Scrum Master, you will be required to:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and encourage self-organization
• Help the team remove obstacles and continuously improve
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management
• Raise stakeholder awareness of agile culture
• Promote collaboration between team members and stakeholders
• Carry out agile maturity diagnostics and propose targeted actions
• Contribute to the deployment of agile transformation plans

Requirements

• You are a graduate of an engineering, business or university school.
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience within a service or consulting company with successful experiences in an agile environment.
• You are dynamic, ambitious, methodical, educational and have an entrepreneurial spirit!
• You have a good command of English.
• Equipped with team spirit, you will contribute to the development of the tribe.
