Senior C# / .NET Core Developer

Role Summary

Code & Pepper supports clients in demanding industries, helping them scale teams and build modern products.

Work with us on the development of a modern, large-scale application created for the needs of the public sector, with an emphasis on security and reliability. As a Back-end Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing business logic using C# and .NET Core.

The role requires close work with relational databases, advanced authorization mechanisms and the use of Clean Architecture and DDD practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of general commercial experience, supported by a university degree
• At least 3 years of experience (obtained within the last 5 years) as a Back-end Developer in commercial projects (with a budget of at least PLN 100,000 net)
• Very good knowledge of C# and the .NET Core platform in the context of web and desktop applications
• Practical ability to design and implement a secure REST API
• Proficiency in using design patterns and implementing Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience working with relational databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL), including query optimization, creating indexes and writing stored procedures
• Practical knowledge of ORM systems (Entity Framework Core, Dapper)
• Knowledge of modern authentication, authorization and data encryption mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2, FIDO2)
• Ability to write and maintain unit and integration tests
• Proficiency in using the GIT version control system, Azure DevOps environment and knowledge of English allowing for comfortable reading of technical documentation
• English at a level enabling free communication
