We are currently developing AI-native solutions for the service and construction industries, automating back-office processes, such as warranty processing, data processing and ERP migrations. The architecture is based on relational databases, integrations with external APIs (e.g. MS Azure) and LLM models and interfaces. Join us and design the backend architecture, data models and ETL processes from scratch.

• Cooperation in the B2B model or Employment contract – you choose
• Remuneration for UoP: PLN 20,000 - 23,000 gross
• Rate for B2B: PLN 24,000 - PLN 28,000 net + VAT

Requirements

• Experience in designing a PostgreSQL database and advanced data modeling
• Practical knowledge of designing and implementing API architecture and integration with external systems
• Experience in integrating AI/LLM models and implementing agent solutions in production environments
• Ability to design and optimize complex data structures (relational, document, vector databases)
• Ability to create and optimize data pipelines
• Experience in making architectural decisions and creating clear documentation
• Ready to work with 8 hours of daily overlap with the ET (US Eastern Time) time zone
• Fluent knowledge of English enabling free communication in the team

Our nice to have

• Knowledge of the Supabase platform and the Microsoft Azure APIs environment
• Experience working with agentic AI solutions and voice/conversational interfaces
• Knowledge of the specifics of ERP systems or software for the SMB sector
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (React, Tailwind) facilitating integration with the visual layer
• Experience working in a dynamic startup environment
