Sopra Steria is looking for security architects who will design and build secure digital platforms for some of Norway's most important businesses. We need people who see the big picture, from identity management and zero trust to cloud architecture and DevSecOps.

What awaits you?

As a security architect with us, you work strategically and technically at the same time. You help customers build secure cloud platforms, implement identity solutions and integrate security into the development process from day one. You work in a national professional environment with some of Norway's most experienced security architects — people with 15-20+ years of experience who are happy to share what they know.

What will the work tasks entail?

You will design and implement security architecture for cloud and hybrid environments, advise and implement IAM, Zero Trust and access control, and integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and development processes through DevSecOps. In addition, you will carry out security audits, prepare security strategies and be a technical sparring partner for both customers and internal teams.

Requirements

You can be an experienced architect with deep expertise in Microsoft security and Azure, or a developer with a few years of experience who has moved towards security and infrastructure. The most important thing is that you understand that good security is not about saying no, but about doing things right from the start. We are looking for someone who has experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 security, and who knows identity and access management, Entra ID or similar solutions. You have expertise in one or more areas such as Zero Trust architecture, DevSecOps, application security or platform security, and you are able to communicate technical concepts in a clear way to decision makers. If you also have relevant certifications such as AZ-500, SC-100, CISSP or similar - or motivation to take them - that is a clear advantage.
