Secretary in medical laboratory M/F

Role Summary

We are looking for a medical secretary to join, on a replacement fixed-term contract, the team at our Pont L'Abbé laboratory.

You carry out secretarial activities under the responsibility of the site biologist.

Conditions of employment

Full time: 35 hours per week on average.

Work Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning in shifts.

Laboratory seniority taken over at 100%.

Position to be seen as soon as possible until 07/25/2025, with possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

• physical and telephone reception of patients
• information for patients and correspondents
• recording of records and results
• management of teletransmissions

Requirements

Profile sought

• You ideally have previous experience in a similar position in a medical analysis laboratory. Proficiency in HEXALIS software is an asset for your application.
• This position requires great rigor, responsiveness and versatility, a sense of welcome, the ability to manage pressure, and a taste for teamwork.
