Medical Secretary in specialized laboratory M/F

Role Summary

As part of strengthening our Specialized Medical Secretary teams, we are looking for a Medical Secretary (M/F), as part of a fixed-term contract.

Join us and play a key role in the patient care journey by ensuring the entire administrative follow-up of their biological analyses, on the management of ROAD study files and exomes.

• In this position, your missions will be as follows:
• Proofreading of files
• Email processing
• Management of non-conformities
• Recording of clinical indications
• Making appointments for staff
• Writing negative reports

Requirements

You have a Medical Secretary Title/Diploma or significant experience.

• You have an appetite for the medical field and comfort with biological samples
• A knowledge of English is appreciated
• Rigor, organization, discretion, adaptability are essential assets to occupy this position
• You are autonomous while enjoying teamwork;
• You master IT tools (Office Pack)
