Role Summary

Our scope of intervention begins with the collection of needs through to use and maintenance on various projects and technologies (java, .Net, SAP), mobile (Android, iOS), data, iOT, cybersecurity.

  • Your role and missions

In order to support our clients in their digital transformations, you are integrated into the agile team as a Scrum Master and are in contact with a project manager, a sales representative and our clients.

  • You disseminate Agile values and principles using pedagogy, strength of conviction and diplomacy within the team and in its ecosystem;
  • You support the agile team on a daily basis;
  • You coach the team in order to guide it towards the path of continuous improvement;
  • You put in place measurement, visualization and actions to improve the efficiency of the team and secure the achievement of its objectives;
  • You help the team to adapt its practices according to the context, to experiment to resolve difficulties or gain efficiency;

You facilitate agile ceremonies (including SAFe in certain contexts): Backlog refinement, iteration planning, daily meeting, iteration review, retrospectives, System Demo, PI Planning;

You support the Product Owner in the management of his backlog to gain maturity and focus on value;

You are challenged to write and estimate stories (functional and technical);

You work hand in hand with the Sopra Steria project manager to achieve the project objectives, including HR, customer satisfaction and agility deployment objectives;

You participate in monitoring, improving practices and spreading agility at Sopra Steria.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an Engineering School or University equivalent in Computer Science, you have significant initial experience of 4/5 years as a Scrum Master
  • You like to invest in the collective in order to facilitate the daily work of the teams
  • You know how to acculturate the principles and methods of Agility.
  • You are versatile, autonomous, have a good spirit of synthesis.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
