Role Summary

The beginning of 2026 marks a strategic milestone for Sopra Steria with the creation of the SAP Excellence Center France, an ambitious structure designed to accelerate the transformation of our SAP activities to serve our customers.

Your role and missions

🚀 Join the SAP Excellence Center in Paris!

Within the SAP Excellence Center Sopra Steria Paris, you work on SAP S/4HANA programs with high added value, for major account clients engaged in digital transformation trajectories.

Depending on your experience (Project Director, Project Manager, Consultant), you contribute to all or part of the following activities:

Framing & Analysis

Analysis of business/technical needs, framing and definition of target processes.

Production of key deliverables (Fit/Gap, blueprint) and contribution to Change Management.

Design & Build

Animation of design workshops.

Writing specifications and configuring SAP S/4HANA.

Collaboration with technical teams and delivery management (depending on seniority).

Testing & Deployment

Preparing and carrying out tests

Contribution to migration, cut-over and revenue.

User training and participation in multi-site deployments.

Run & Continuous Improvement

Scalable support and maintenance.

Participation in production launches and capitalization of good practices.

Management & Customer Relations (Director / Project Manager)

Delivery management (planning, risks, budget).

Animation of governance bodies and team management.

Contribution to pre-sales and customer satisfaction.
