Role Summary
Supply Strategy: Planning and management of fleet availability according to projected demand. Management of Acquisition channels according to their performance.
Onboarding Management: Creation and supervision of registration processes for new riders/motorcyclists according to needs.
Performance of Riders Newbies: Monitoring and operational metrics of new riders.
Rider Support: Ensure communication channels and quality in the response.
Focus Group: Management of talks with riders to follow up on topics.
Rider Satisfaction: Monitoring and findings on rider satisfaction.
Act as a link and key point of contact with local and regional teams to coordinate the resolution of operational incidents and continuous process improvement.
Analyze labor market and industry trends to anticipate fleet needs.
Lead the Supply and Support team.
Requirements
- Professionals or students of careers such as Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or in systems and related areas.
- Verifiable work experience of at least two years in management or operational coordination roles, leading and developing work teams.
- Advanced command of Excel and knowledge of SQL for analysis and decision-making based on data.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and programming tools such as Python, R or similar will be positively valued.
