Role Summary

Receive and verify the collection route of material samples received daily and fulfill it efficiently to complete it, according to the requirements made by clients in the projects or works; on which you must verify that they receive their respective results report, which must be delivered under the established procedure and this support must be delivered to the Logistics Assistant, apart from the other supports related to the fulfillment of the assigned route.

Review the programming in the Kratos Mobile application daily using the assigned user.
Execute the collection process assigned in the Kratos Mobile application.
Interact with the people in charge of delivering samples to the works, ensuring that the samples delivered meet the specifications requested in the system.
Receive the samples guaranteeing proper handling, taking care of the integrity of the samples until their arrival at the laboratory.
Synchronize the receipt of samples in the Kratos Mobile application, ensuring that all the information of the personnel making the delivery is correctly recorded
Validate that the samples received are in accordance with the requests registered in the system.
Ensure that the signature of the personnel who delivers the samples on site is obtained and that this information is properly recorded in the application.
Carry out care tasks and keep the assigned vehicle in perfect condition and report any news that arises regarding its operation.
Guarantee the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, complying with the Procedures, Process Characterizations and Work Instructions that have to do with its normal performance.
Other functions inherent to the position, for the proper functioning of the company's activities.

For personnel authorized to carry out specific tests, the following responsibilities will apply:

Develop all tasks related to the preparation of elements, space and environment required for testing and testing of materials.
Ensure proper handling of test samples and carry out tests in compliance with the technical and quality standards applicable in the laboratory for tests authorized by the immediate supervisor, in accordance with the requirements of the international standard NTC-ISO/IEC 17025.
Comply with the commitments made with the client in accordance with the schedule received, and must inform their immediate boss of any deviations that arise during the process.
Complete all records related to the tests carried out and deliver them to the indicated official or superior, according to the established procedure and guarantee the confidentiality of client information.
Maintain the laboratory and equipment in optimal operating conditions, both technical and hygienic, to guarantee the safety of the work areas assigned to the position.
Develop their work within a framework of total ethics, which generates in the client, reliability and credibility in the suitability of the personnel who carries out the procedure and the results presented, which involves their obligation to
Inform the Immediate Manager if there are undue pressures, whether internal or external, that may adversely affect the quality of work.

Requirements

Education: No bachelor's degree (See experience 1) or Bachelor's degree (see experience 2)
Experience 1: two (2) Years of work experience, driving cargo vehicles with a capacity of more than Two (2) Tons.
Experience 2: One (1) Year of work experience, driving cargo vehicles with a capacity of more than Two (2) Tons.
Training: Basic defensive driving course

Technical knowledge

Driving course approved for driving license category C2, according to the requirement, endorsed by the Ministry of Transportation of Colombia.
You must not have driving certificates or you must have a payment agreement.
Note 1: Regarding technical knowledge, if you do not comply with all of these, the company will ensure compliance and monitoring through inclusion in the training/training program.
Note 2: Regarding academic training, if you do not have a high school diploma, you must know how to read and write.
