Role Summary
We are looking for a Purchasing Intern to develop best practices and strengthen our team, directly contributing to our mission of positive impact on the planet.
Responsibilities
- Support the operation of the SAP system for purchasing and order management;
- Assist in receiving and analyzing purchase requests from requesting areas;
- Collaborate in evaluating the need to place orders with suppliers;
- Assist in basic price negotiations with vendors/suppliers;
- Contribute to maintaining effective communication with suppliers to align commercial conditions;
Participate in the proper processing of purchase requests in the system.
Requirements
- Studying Administration, Engineering or related areas (Exact);
- Knowledge of SAP desirable;
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Office Package tools;
- Intermediate English level of understanding, as you will participate in meetings in the language;
Availability to intern for a period of 2 years.
