Responsibilities

🎯 In everyday life you will

  • Prospect and develop suppliers of materials or services, national or international, aiming for better costs in marketing terms, to meet the budget target with the required quality, meeting the company's standards;
  • Strategically negotiate and carry out long-term contracts with national and international suppliers of raw materials and packaging materials (obeying criticality levels), guaranteeing lower market values and supply to Libbs;
  • Ensure the punctuality of deliveries from national and international suppliers (OTIF) through management and monitoring, having extensive knowledge of the market under its management and evaluating its production chains to foresee situations that generate momentary or long-term disruption;
  • Monitor the evolution of its suppliers internally, even if they are quality or specific technical issues, in a way that collaborates and mediates with its commercial and marketing knowledge of this category;
  • Evaluate and monitor the supply chain and evaluate strategic and leverageable items and carry out supply mitigation plans;
  • Carry out periodic market verification through commercial BIDs aiming at price improvements and new market opportunities;
  • Hold meetings, participate in fairs and other events in its category to gain market knowledge and perpetuate partnerships with commercial partners;
  • Evaluate and suggest process improvements supporting management;

Follow the Purchasing, Conduct and Ethics Policies, and other procedures or policies formalized by the company in all processes under its management.

Requirements
