Project Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the company's expansion and relationship maintenance of key customers in the government and financial industries, following up on large-scale solution projects to complete sales tasks and expand market share
• Responsible for developing new customers in the industry and maintaining relationships with existing customers
• Develop and implement short- and medium-term customer development strategies and action plans. Establish and develop good relationships with senior customers.
• Analyze changes in customer needs, grasp industry trends and competitors, and provide suggestions for the company to improve its products and services.
• Coordinate internal and external resources of the client company to meet customer needs and improve customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering related major is preferred
• 3 years or above of large account sales experience, solution sales experience, integrated large project sales experience
• Have good sales and communication skills, be proactive, have a strong sense of teamwork, and be able to withstand work pressure
• Have strong learning ability and be able to cooperate with technical experts to complete pre-sales technical exchanges
• Excellent influencing skills to help you guide decisions and build consensus among stakeholders
• Adaptability to respond confidently to changing customer needs and market dynamics
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving complex business challenges
• Clear communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business value
