We are looking for our future Project Portfolio Management Advisor to join our teams.
Responsibilities
Contribute to carrying out activities related to project portfolio management in compliance with the portfolio management framework and the information resources (IR) governance framework in force at the client;
- Contribute to the implementation of sound risk and benefit management at the project portfolio level;
- Contribute to accountability and support senior management by providing all relevant and useful information for efficient use of allocated budgets;
- Participate in the development and evolution of the IR governance framework and the various related management frameworks;
- Ensure links and communications between the various project stakeholders and the relevant competent authorities;
Contribute to the integration of Agile-Lean practices with the client by sharing practical experience.
Profile sought
- Undergraduate university degree (bachelor’s degree) in one of the following fields: information technology, computer science, administration, engineering (all specialties), mathematics or pure and applied sciences or information security.
- Five (5) years of experience as a project manager or project portfolio management advisor in the field of information technology. This experience must have been acquired over the past eight (8) years
- Two (2) years of experience using one or more of the following project planning tools: MS Project, MS Project Portfolio Management or Project Online.
