We are looking for our future Senior MS Dynamics CRM Analyst - Developer to join our teams.

Responsibilities

The senior MS Dynamics CRM analyst-developer will configure the MS Dynamics CRM / Powerapps application so that it adapts to the business processes identified during the different phases of the analysis. Working within a consulting team, his role includes both technical and functional intervention, creating the required entities and attributes, defining the relationships and constraints between these entities, defining and creating the forms, screens and different views and implementing the workflows. Other tasks also related to the function include programming and development using JavaScript, production of documentation, user training as well as analysis.

To-do list

  • Create and modify entities, views, forms, fields, workflows, business rules and plugins. Design and integrate Power Automate flows, as well as Power Apps applications (Model Driven and Canvas).
  • Make changes to the application, monitor change management and assist in the transformation of business needs. Participate in integrations with external systems via connectors, Web APIs, Azure Service Bus or SSIS, including data migrations.
  • Provide a support role for less experienced Dynamics CRM developers, by sharing best practices and providing technical support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other development teams (e.g. Front-End, Back-End, integration) to ensure consistency and alignment of solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with functional analysts, testers and project team members.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and source code management (DevOps).
  • Carry out tests, provide support during production and post-implementation support.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Power Apps – a dynamic person with initiative.
  • Have worked on at least one major project in agile mode.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with CRM API, with REST/ODATA, with SOAP, and developing plug-ins in C#.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience using MS Dynamics CRM SDK for application development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience creating custom workflow activities.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with JavaScript.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse modules.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in MS Dynamics 365, with the Customer Engagement module or the Finance module.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the Model Driven approach.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the Canvas App approach.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Azure Service Bus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Power Pages (formerly Dynamics Portals).
  • Have acted as a coach or lead, on the same development project, within a team of at least 10 developers and for at least 12 months. A combination of shorter mandates or maintenance mandates cannot be accepted.
