Role Summary
Attached to the Scheduled Works department, you supervise all stages of the work process on drinking water networks in compliance with quality and safety requirements. From producing the estimate to receiving the work, you are responsible for the work carried out, meeting deadlines and respecting defined budgets. Your activity concerns connection work, laying of pipes, connections of private homes to new and old networks, renewal or rerouting, etc.
You have a transversal role and interactions with the different stakeholders of your projects, internal and external (Sourcéo, subcontractors, etc.).
Your main missions will be
Analyze customer requests and carry out site studies
Carry out the technical and financial study of the site including the sizing, the field survey or through available cartographic tools, requests for information including measurements and the establishment of the quote
- Evaluate the impact of the work on the network then organize checks of valve operations as part of the renewal and new network connections
- Create estimates, monitor the site, from receipt of the work until full payment of the service
- Supervise and monitor the work of new and old networks
- Carry out reporting and daily updating of the works activity monitoring software
- Carry out or have work authorization requests carried out, road permits as well as all other required administrative procedures
Check the validity of the customer order, monitor the collection of deposits, validate the quote, take care of the follow-up of customer complaints and carry out reminders for unpaid debts.
Invoice the work, validate the company accounts, guarantee a margin for the work carried out
Requirements
- Ideally, you have experience in a similar position
- You have excellent knowledge of activities and regulations specific to the field of public works
- Your ease with figures and your analytical mind ensure you master the budgetary management of construction sites
- you are recognized for your interpersonal skills as well as your commitment to customer satisfaction
