Role Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager MCO/MCS Software and SSI to integrate our C2SO Agency (Command, Control and Operations Support) and more specifically for the development of our MCO & Integration Department.

He/she ensures the commercial aspects

Establishes or has established the quotes and the technical part when responding to calls for tenders.

He/she ensures the development

Develops internal, but also external, activity.

He/she ensures the orientation of the tools

Manages the industrialization of MCS tooling,

Industrializes the drafting of MCS and SSI reports based on Group standards.

Responsibilities

• The MCO/MCS Software and SSI Project Manager carries out all organizational and management actions at the technical and human level. As such, he/she:
• Manage the organization of the MCO/MCS Software & SSI activities of the department,
• Defines the objectives, leads, motivates and informs the employees attached to him,
• Manages coordination between the different internal entities involved in MCO/MCS Software & SSI activities and with associated co-contractors and/or subcontractors,
• Carry out or supervise the launch of studies, achievements and productions,
• Guarantees compliance with the schedule and compliance with commitments made to the client, the environment and the hierarchy,
• Supports the animation of SSI Task Forces.

Requirements

• With a Bac +5 degree from an engineering school or university equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects.
• You have ideally worked on predominantly software/system projects and are fluent in the English language. Finally, rigor, a spirit of synthesis and a sense of communication are among your dominant qualities.
• Please note: Our Plessis Robinson site will be moved to Rungis in the second quarter of 2027.
