Role Summary

Need supervision and coordination? That's where our project managers come in. You use methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and Prince2 to define project scopes, establish timelines and manage resources. If you see the project going astray, you are there to get it back on track - without losing sight of effective risk management and budgeting.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced project manager to strengthen our team in Life Sciences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a good understanding of GxP (Good Practice) regulations. This role involves managing projects and specific GxP related activities to ensure compliance and quality throughout all project phases.

Responsibilities

  • Project planning and execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including scientists, engineers and regulatory professionals. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Risk management: Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder management: Engage stakeholders in their needs and expectations. Provide regular project updates and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • GxP compliance: Ensure that all project activities comply with GxP regulations.
  • Documentation and reporting: Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to improve project efficiency and quality.

Requirements

We are looking for passionate colleagues who enjoy pushing the boundaries in the field of digital transformation and technology consultancy. At Sopra Steria you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a constructive, collaborative team environment, working on impactful projects that drive change for our clients. • Demonstrable experience in project management within Life Sciences.
  • Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Benefits

Are you ready to further develop your career? Then we will be happy to show you the way. With offices in more than 30 countries, that direction may lead you to places you've never been before.
