Responsibilities

Your area of responsibility will be

  • Working in the customer interface
  • Project management. You control the progress order of the structural design process and fit it into the agreed schedule
  • You are responsible for and monitor the realization of the project's financial goals and profitability
  • Project resourcing planning. You plan resourcing and monitor the adequacy and load of resources
  • Your workplace is located at our office in Espoo.
  • About you

Requirements

For this open position, we expect you to

  • Structural engineering degree, such as DI / Ins.YAMK / RI (amk)
  • More than 7-10 years of experience in repair structure planning tasks and a few years of experience working as a project manager
  • Enthusiastic, positive and independent approach to work
  • Problem solving ability and good teamwork skills
  • Good written and oral expression of the Finnish language
  • You want to guide and support younger designers and you like working in the customer interface
  • The work requires site visits
  • The use of the Revit design program and experience in construction site service is considered an advantage
  • The qualifications of moisture damage repair designer, concrete structure repair designer and building physics designer are considered an advantage
  • Tasks may require working in security-classified projects, so we require the implementation of a basic security clearance if necessary
