Project Manager - Financial Services - Orléans

Role Summary

As part of the strong development of our activity, we are looking for a Project Manager in the integration of systems and solutions in the business areas of Health, Protection, IARD and/or Retirement.

As the conductor of your operations, you have a strong team spirit and verbal ease which facilitates the connection between your team, management and the client.

Thanks to your mastery of the technical and functional issues linked to the implementation of an IT solution, you know the challenges, objectives and interests of your client and the Group.

Your role and missions

• Participation in pre-sales;
• Support for end-to-end integration projects, from scoping to delivery;
• Estimation of loads, planning and management of production;
• Anticipation and management of events with proactivity;
• Guaranteed the achievement of operational and economic results, as well as customer satisfaction;
• Supervision and training of employees, ensuring their acquisition of skills and autonomy (project managers, development teams, architects, business analyst);
• Guaranteed the economic issues of the project;

Contribution to customer relations within its scope, animation of operational and steering committees.

Requirements

• Graduate of a university bac+5 or engineering school or equivalent, you have significant experience of at least 7 years in integration including 3 years minimum as a project manager.
• You have already worked on fixed-price projects, ideally in ESN or even with a software publisher or an end customer. You have the soul of an entrepreneur and are passionate about leadership, supervision and team management.
