Role Summary
We are recruiting a Project Manager – Tactical Data Links (LDT) to join the Defense & Security Business Unit, within the SOI (Operational Systems and Interoperability) agency, on our Aix-en-Provence site.
The SOI agency designs and deploys state-of-the-art tactical data link and military simulation solutions for its French and international clients – industrial and government.
Our end users: the armed forces (Land, Air, Sea), as well as the test and training centers of the Defense sector, which you will support on a daily basis in their operational missions.

Responsibilities
Roles and missions
- Manage the contractual management of projects: monitoring of deliverables, milestones, invoicing, contractual modifications and risk management.
- Build and coordinate the conditions for carrying out projects (planning, budget, resources).
- Ensure operational management of projects in conjunction with all stakeholders.
- Support clients and lead steering committees throughout the project.
- Guarantee the successful completion of projects while respecting commitments, deadlines, costs and the expected quality.
- Implement monitoring indicators and ensure reporting of project activity and performance.

- V cycle as well as Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
- International environment (exchanges in English)
Requirements
- With a Bac +5 technical training, you have at least 7 years of experience in project management with knowledge of the Defense sector.
- With real leadership skills, you know how to unite and coordinate teams in high-stakes environments.
- Organized, rigorous and autonomous, you demonstrate excellent communication, listening and analytical skills to effectively manage your projects and support your contacts.
- Comfortable in problem solving and decision-making, you evolve with agility in complex technical environments.
- Good command of English is essential, and a technical background will be a real asset to succeed in this position.
