Role Summary

Adfinis is an international IT services company headquartered in Switzerland that currently employs around 150 people worldwide. As open source professionals, we have been driving digital transformation through open standards and technologies for over 25 years. This is how we shape a world of innovative, sustainable and resilient IT solutions based on reliable open source technology.

Our Swiss development team of around 20 people designs and implements web-based applications that enable our customers to digitize their work processes.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Professional IT Project Manager. In this role, you will manage projects with various stakeholders while keeping time, budget and quality under control.

Responsibilities

• Clarify expectations with customers and resolve problems
• Set goals, create plans and distribute resources
• Clarify requirements and translate them into workflows
• Check change requests and coordinate them sensibly
• Keep an eye on progress and take countermeasures in the event of deviations
• Identify and defuse risks early
• Have budget and times under control
• Record project information and keep people updated
• Carry out acceptance tests with customers and clarify open points
• Take learnings with you and share them in the team

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience managing IT projects

• Interested in technical topics and open source
• IPMA Level C certification
• Experience with agile methodology, software development projects and public sector clients
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, Git and Linux
• Knowledge of French at B2 level, preferably C1
