Role Summary

Within the Product Quality Department of the Southern Region Operations Department, you ensure the proper application of regulatory and contractual requirements relating to water quality, sanitation and drinking water in your area. You guarantee the reliability of data and reporting, while supporting the Territories and field teams in the use of tools and the application of internal procedures.

Self-monitoring Sanitation

Plan, coordinate and make self-monitoring of sanitation and REUT systems more reliable, in conjunction with field teams, laboratories, territories and competent authorities

Ensure monitoring of regulatory or specific analysis campaigns, control and validate data, manage anomalies and non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.

Implement, coordinate and monitor specific analysis campaigns required within the regulatory, contractual or environmental framework (additional analyses, specific substances, RSDE campaigns, etc.)

Produce regulatory reports, guarantee the traceability of data on VERS’EAU and support the Territories in complying with regulatory obligations (CDA, MAS, life reports, studies of receiving environments, event management)

Drinking water monitoring

Plan, organize and monitor the monitoring of the quality of drinking water, from the resource to the consumer, in coordination with the Territories, field teams, laboratories and health authorities.

Ensure the deployment of specific analysis campaigns, manage and trace non-conformities, identify their causes and follow corrective or preventive actions.

Produce dashboards, summaries and regulatory reports, and contribute to discussions with the ARS and other stakeholders.

Cross-functional mission

Support the Territories of the Southern region in bringing their self-monitoring systems into operational compliance, particularly in terms of instrumentation and metrology.

Business tool, reporting and traceability

Administer and make reliable the professional tool dedicated to self-monitoring in sanitation and monitoring of the quality of drinking water.

Ensure the configuration and updating of reference data, control the quality and completeness of the data, deal with anomalies and support users.

Produce the extractions and reports necessary for assessments and regulatory declarations, while contributing to the continuous improvement of the tool and the traceability of actions carried out.

Coordination of field teams

Coordinate the activity of Product Quality Monitoring Technicians in order to guarantee the completion, on time and in accordance with regulatory requirements, of sampling, measuring, self-monitoring and installation monitoring operations.

Organize the necessary schedules, campaigns and resources, provide technical support to the teams and ensure the correct application of procedures.

Also ensure the reliable reporting of data, anomalies and non-conformities, while respecting safety, quality and environmental requirements.

Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE)

Apply QSE procedures and operating methods, report anomalies and malfunctions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of practices.

Contribute to the environmental and energy performance of the sites monitored, while ensuring compliance with the rules of ethics, compliance, applicable internal procedures as well as the associated cross-functional and business procedures.

Requirements

Training - Professional experience

Minimum BAC +2 training in the field of water professions preferably, you have significant professional experience in self-monitoring (drinking water and sanitation), regulatory compliance, use of quality data and/or professional tools.

  • Professional know-how and personal skills
  • Rigor in data control/validation and regulatory compliance
  • Organization and planning (monthly closing/submission rhythms, campaigns, annual reports, planning)
  • Analytical capacity (diagnosis of deviations, corrections, reliability) and sense of service (support to territories)
  • Comfort with IT tools and business applications
  • Autonomy, team spirit, coordination capacity
  • B license
