Role Summary
We are looking for a Technical Studies Manager to join our Business Services Department. Reporting to the Process/Works Engineering Director, you will occupy a strategic position as a privileged interface between the operational needs of the territory and the standards of the Industrial Department.
Industrial Maintenance
- Operational support
- Advise and train operating teams to strengthen their technical skills on industrial equipment
- Contribute to the operational excellence of the Business Services Department
- Relationship and contract management
- Manage the interface between operations and suppliers
- Coordinate subcontractors and organize interventions according to VEOLIA quality and safety standards
- Ensure the monitoring and management of interventions on equipment
- Technical management and monitoring
- Set up and feed a maintenance monitoring tool (CMMS) for all levels
- Optimize preventive and curative maintenance plans to maximize the availability of installations
- Anticipate scheduled technical shutdowns and improve responsiveness in the event of an emergency
- Analyze performance and propose continuous improvements
Process & Works Engineering
- Management of technical projects
- Structuring and managing large-scale projects from design to commissioning
- Coordinate the entire project cycle: specifications, calls for tenders, contractualization, work monitoring, reception
- Ensure consistency between local requirements and group standards
- Budget management and financing
- Develop CAPEX cost estimates (Medium/Long Term Plan)
- Identify and mobilize financing levers (ADEME, Region, etc.)
- Technical expertise and innovation
- Study the technical feasibility of new markets and innovative technologies
- Propose solutions adapted to operational challenges
- Security and governance
- Guarantee compliance with safety rules on sites
- Lead cross-functional project teams
- Achieve production and performance goals
Requirements
- Bac+3 training specialized in maintenance.
- You have 5 years of solid and proven experience in the technical management of an operational site.
- The candidate must also have a very solid foundation in the civil engineering and construction professions.
