PR Technical Specialist - Specialized Engineering Services

Role Summary

Main functions

a. Prepare the audit (checklists, review of previous reports, etc.).

b. Receive and process the information provided by the supplier prior to the audit.

c. Carry out acceptance audits of suppliers, products, technical receptions and re-evaluations, according to the documents and type of evaluation. These audits can be:

In person at supplier facilities nationwide,

Documentaries, and/or

In person at AIR-E warehouses.

d. Make photographic records during visits.

and. Request product samples for verification according to sampling plan, quality plan, Colombian Technical Standards and AIR-E specifications.

F. Comply with the schedules and times established for each audit.

g. Prepare and deliver the final reports with their annexes within the times defined by AIR-E.

h. Execute additional activities associated with the acceptance project.

Yo. Verify the testing protocols supplied by suppliers to issue conformity or rejection of the material.

j. Support the supplier performance evaluation process.

k. Follow up on non-conformities presented in materials, through action plans and manufacturer commitments.

l. Lead technical meetings with suppliers and operational areas on specific materials.

Requirements

• Professional in Electrical Engineering.
• Auditor with GIS certification (ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001). Optional
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Good command of office tools, especially Excel and management of data tables.
• Interpretation of plans and technical documentation.
• Writing and agile reading skills.
• Good interpersonal relationships.
• Previous experience in audits and materials inspection preferred.

Benefits

• Salary: 2,000,000 + Welfare Bonus 250,000 + transportation assistance
