Role Summary

Physiotherapist – Ontario, Alberta, and BC (Virtual Role, Part-time, contract)

LifestyleRx is seeking passionate and skilled Licensed Physiotherapists in Ontario, Alberta, and BC who are dedicated to helping patients achieve better health outcomes through evidence-based lifestyle medicine .

As part of our interdisciplinary care team , you will play a key role in supporting patients to improve their health through movement, physical activity, and sustainable behaviour change. This is a virtual, part-time position with flexible scheduling .

Responsibilities

• Provide 1: 1 virtual physiotherapy consultations to patients enrolled in our 12-week Better Health Programs
• Support patients in developing and maintaining safe, accessible, and effective physical activity routines tailored to their needs and goals
• Educate and motivate patients around movement, injury prevention, posture, and body mechanics
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team , including physicians, dietitians, and counsellors
• Participate in training to become confident in delivering care using our lifestyle medicine framework

Requirements

• Registered Physiotherapist licensed to practice in Ontario, Alberta, or BC
• Training and/or experience in lifestyle medicine , exercise prescription , behavioural change , or motivational interviewing
• Training/ experience withchronic conditions – Type 2 Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with technology and delivering virtual care
• Able to work independently and within a collaborative team setting
